I have a really nice 2 bed Housing Association house in Leamington Spa, near Asda, local school and nursery, right next to the Dr surgery. The area also has a really good bus service.
In June I had laminate floor put downstairs and new carpet (neutral colour) upstairs and on the stairs. It was also painted magnolia throughout at the sametime.
It has a massive garden and is in a really quite close, the neighbours keep themselves to themselves and the next door neighbours are the nicest kindest people I have met.
I am after a 3 bed house in or near Warwick I am from the country so any rural area would do. Hatton Park would be good too.
