I have a one bed first floor flat in the Shard End Area of Birmingham (nearest erdington its sometimes classed as other things) . It is only 1 storey high. Downstairs neighbours have brought their flat unfortunatly they also brought the garden, however they are moving within the next couple of months and as mine also has right to buy the garden could be up for grabs. My flat is nearly decorated just needs flooring in the hall way and kitchen. Although if the person i exchange with has a decorated house i could either fit the flooring or pay a fee. I have my own pvc front door, double glazing, central heating, gas cooker and fire and insulated attic.

I have one bedroom, one living room, one kitchen, one bathroom, and a hallway which is 7ft by 4ft so i have a one sided sofa lounger there.

Property is on a quiet road close to many ameneties, park 5mins, local shops 3 mins, schools 10mins, bus routes 4 mins, train 10mins, superstore for food theres a tesco, asda, morrisons, aldi, farmfoods, and somerfield all within a ten minute radius.

I would like to exchange to the other side of the city i.e Selly oak, kings heath, maybe moseley although please email if interested as may consider others. As i do not drive i would like to be closer to my family who live in harborne.
