We have a 3 bed semi in a village in South Staffordshire. The house has separate living(large) and dining rooms. There is also the kitchen ( due for a refit in 2009) and hall with storage cupboard downstairs. Upstairs there is the bathroom and 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 smaller, but not a box room, all good sizes. The property has front and back garden both private and off road parking, which is right outside the front gate.
House is in a quiet cul-de-sac.
There are 3 good schools in the village all with excellent Ofsted reports, all within walking distance. The high school is in the next village, school buses take and collect children. The local shops are also within walking distance. The nearest town is 8 miles away, with regular buses every 15 - 20 minutes.
