I am looking to exchange from a 1 bedroom flat in Hateley Heath to a 3 bedroom house in this area, parts of West Bromwich & Wednesbury. My property is a lovely ground floor maisonette surrounded by private bungalows in a quit street. it is near to bus routes and local shops. it as a front garden, small paved rear garden and also soon to be refurbished with new kitchen and bethroom.(designs not chosen yet). this is a lovely home and reason for leaving is i have a baby now so will be needing more space.
