I am hoping to exchange from my one bed flat to another property of any type. Kings Heath, Bartley Green, Selly Oak or surrounding areas. I would like to move to be closer to my mother.

I have a one bed first floor flat in the quiet area of Shard End very near to Erdington. No one else above me. Neighbours below have brought their property so its well maintained. My flat also has right to buy. I have 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and I also use the hall way as a room as it is 7ft by 4ft. I have my own pvc strong front door, an outside storage cupboard and bi cupboard (which match the front door) Flat has ch, dg, insulated attic, gas fire and cooker. It's very nearly finished being decorated all taht needs to be doen is the flooring in the kitchen and hallway. this can be completed before the exchange if needed I just havent been able to get my partner to do it yet!!. any other questions please ask.
