Hello we have a lovely maisonette in kings heath a very nice area there are only a few council propertys were awe are .It has 3 very good size bedrooms bathroom and toilet are separate .Large kitchen fitted not council large openplan living room and a very very large loft sowith planning permison can be built in .We also have 2 gardens a frount and back both private NOT shared the frount garden is around 26ft and the back garden is a fair size with 2 small sheds .We havelovely neigbours and the other residents in the street are great .We have all things very local andclose to hand shops the 18 and 35 and 50 bus routes are a few seconds walk .To give you a better idea of were we are we are just of brandwood road .This is a prime location theonly resson we need to move is ourchildren go to school in whyhall and thay now want tobe closer to there freinds so we are going to take the plunge and move It has double glazzing wooden floors fitted kitchen etc etc and is clean.were looking for another maisonettesere ur house bungalow etc in hollywood wythall drakes cross etc we have a van so can help with moving veiwing is very welcome but please only email if your defentillylooking for a move as ive had my hopes built up before and it never went throw and thats not fair on our children as this move is for them .many thanks hope someone emails soonxxxxxxxxxx
