I have a large 3 bedroom house to exchange to a 2/3 bedroom property anywhere near the sea or within 30/45 drive from any coast.
I live in a small grove with only 7 other houses, upstairs is 3 large bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower there is also a storage room and loft.
Downstairs is a large living room, large fitted kitchen with room for table and chairs, downstairs toilet, off the kitchen is a glass fronted parka flooring conservatory which leads into the garden with also has a large shed.
It is a well presented house which is decorated lovely throughout photo's are available,
I am looking to exchange in about 6/10 months.
