this is a very big flat for what it is the pictures do make it look smaller then what it is the kitchen is 13feet by 10ft the living room is 13ft by 12 the main bedroom is 11ft by 12 and the other bedroom is 10ft by 11 storage room is 8ft by 5ft as you can see very big and spacious we are on the 11th floor but there is a lift there is child safe locks on all windows and on kitchen one is with a key the is a bus stop at the top of road that goes to birmingham town center and there is chelmsley wood shopping center about 15 min walk away drs are just up the road and there is also a little high street with kfc there blockbusters a aldi farmfoods and others the area is really nice and quiet looking to move into area viewing is more then welcome
