I am looking to move to either a 2 or 3 bed property with a garden around the west sussex / hampshire area the more rural the better if possible. In exchange I have a 3 bed 2nd floor flat in chichester. It is fully carpeted and newly decorated. Is has security entry ,double glazed gas central heating and very quite. Priory park is a bout 2 mins away and right behind the flat. there are 2 toilets which is always a bonus and the lounge is 24 x 24 so nice and roomy. All the bedrooms are double
