i have a 3 bed semi detached in southwick,double drive,laminated hall way.Wc downstairs with new vinal floor and recently decorated,nice size kitchen,very large lounge diner with laminated floor french doors leading to patio garden all fenced in with 6ft fence safe and secure side access to the front.Upstairs has large landing one smaller bedroom with recently fitted new carpet,a bigger second bedroom also wih newly fitted carpet,built in wardrobe,3rd bedroom has laminated floor,recently painted,double wardrobe built in.Upstairs bathroom recently painted with new foor, in all a really nice size family home we are only looking to move as we would like a change and are looking to stay in southwick/shoreham may consider other areas not fussed about decrative order,thanks for looking.x
