I am unfortunately having to move as i have a spinal injury that is going to cause me to be paralized in the next year or two, and my current house isn't suitable for when this happens, i would like to have a house that is suitable for me and isn't too far from the sea (but not too close).
I am looking to move by the start of next year at the latest so i can be settled in before it happens.

I have a 3 bed end terrace house in luton, bedfordshire.
It has a large front garden and an enclosed back garden.
The house has a downstairs loo, upstairs bathroom, large kithen/dinner, large living room, we also have a conservatory.
there is a brick shed at the back of the garden which also acts as passage through to path behind the house.
We have a porch,so double front doors (comes in handy if you own dogs).
The neighbours are very friendly and were very welcoming when we moved in.
5min walk from local shopping centre which also has a really good market every thurs and sat.there is also a post office there and a 2nd one a 5 min drive away.
At the end of the road near the house their is a sainsburys and it only take 20 mins to walk too.
There are a lot of fields near the house and also a wooded area.
For people with children of school age, there are 3 schools all with in 10 mins walk of the house.
Luton and dunstable hospital is only a 15 min drive away.
Area is very quiet, with only a few young children in the area (who surprisingly are very polite!!).

I am looking for a 3 bedroomed bungalow or house in sussex, either in Haywards Heath or nearer to brighton, hove area.
I am looking for a house that has 2 toilets (essential), and enclosed garden as i have dogs.
The house must have a 3rd room downstairs that could be converted in to a bedroom when needed, and parking near the house.

Would like a house not too far from the sea (as said before, not too close.30 mins drive tops) and if poss not too far from fields or wooded area.
Preferably not on an estate, but will make as a possible option.
