I have two double size bedrooms a bathroom upstairs and extra toilet downstairs. Kitchen diner and lounge backing onto the garden and decking.This is a good size modern house newly decorated and has wooden oak flooring. We live in a pretty part of chichester close to schools, local shops, only ten minute car drive to chichester town, college and hospital. We have driveway parking for two cars and is non estate, very peaceful rural area. I need to move to a three bedroom house in chichester or surrounding area.
