V Large 2 Bed FFF, Horsham, W Sussex, Want 2/3 Bed Same Area

We have a larger than average 2 bed first floor flat, one and a half miles from Horsham Town Centre. Looking for 2 bed with dining room or preferably a 3 bed, simply because my partner's kids are staying with us more and more frequently and we're desperate for space. Will consider all parts of Horsham and any surrounding villages, but not as far out as Henfield/Cowfold.
