i have a 1 bedroom 2nd floor flat in guildford in surrey. the flat has a large lounge 19ft by 12ft, a large bedroom 12 ft by 12ft, a new fitted kitchen and bathroom also has a walkin cupboard 5ft by 5ft can be used as a study, i have a large loft, double glazing and storage heaters all is elactric through out. the flat is overlooking a park on one side and a culde sac other side is very quiet area although is near to a3, university and colleges.

i would like similer flat in worthing or near by in west sussex pref a ground floor with garden but not urgent for a garden. if you feel you have what i want get in touch
