3 bed house wanted in the trowbridge area for 3 bed in Shetland

We are currently live in Shetland and are desperate to move back down to trowbirdge to be closer to family as we have young children and for my husbands work! We have a 3 bedroom house with front and back garden, back garden goes down hill and has a fence and wall with a gate and the front garden is level and has a wall and gate that leads to the side parking. There are two parking spaces to the side of the house. The house is siutuated in a small cul-de-sac in a small village called Bigton in the south of the island. There are 8 houses in the cul-de-sac but only two are 3 beds, the rest are old people homes so it is a very quiet area. The house is semi-detatchedand has two floors. Ground floor comprises of very small porch leading into hallway, kitchen/diningroom, back porch with large cupboard under the stairs, leading to back garden. The other way from the door you have the stairs, Bathroom with toilet, seperate toilet, single bedroom, lounge.
Up staris you have a very large double bedroom and a double bedroom with a small space at the top of the stairs. Each bedroom has a small built in cupboard and the areing cupboard is found in another built in cupboard in the large bedroom.
The kitchen and dining room are seperated by a breakfast bar. and the dining room has room for a good sized table and unit.
House has not been decorated since we have been here aswe are hoping to move.
