We have a 3 bed maisonette, 2 of the bedrooms are big you can easily fit a double bed in them the 3rd bedroom is a nice size ideal for a single bed, wardrobes etc. We have a seperate toilet and bathroom. Are living room is nice and big you can fit a 3 seater sofa and a 2 chairs and even a dining table and still have room for other things. Are kitchen is BIG, its also not long had new units etc fitted. Their is plenty of room for a dining table. All room are nicely decorated. We have a security door which you have to enter to get to your front door, you share the entrance with the lady below nobody else. Are nighbours are nice, they always speak. We are looking to move to Charford as we would like to be closer to our family, also our daughter goes to Charford first school. Any property will be conciderd but it must have 3 bedrooms!!
