I have a front and back garden, outside loo and wash-house . Downstairs has kitchen,Dinning room and living room. upstairs has 4 good size bedrooms and seperate bathroom and toilet. in a quiet area with only local traffic as it leads to a dead end if in a car.it is handy for leeds or york as busses go every half hour each way.
