Very large 2bed house with own secured garden in a university area.Culture shock for anyone who is used to inner city life.Very nice area and professional neighbours.ocated out of a council estate.Close to everything 5mins walk to all universitys and hospital.1mins walk to local shops waitrose post office doctors and infants school.10mins walk to the city center private parking permit holders only or private lane for parking which leads into your secure garden.Student area so its a lovely quiet place to live.I would not ask to move if it was not for a relationship breakdown so i now wish to move back to my home town.
