HELP!!!!! REALLY need exchange as my house very overcrowded!!
I have 3 bed terrace house in leeds LS12 2RR, REQUIRES a 3 bed house anywhere considered!
MUST BE A 3 BEDROOM as have 3 children (15yrs 9yrs 7yrs)

I HAVE:

2 double bedrooms: bedroom1: 11ft by 12ft, bedroom2: 13ft by 12ft

1 small box bedroom 6ft by 6ft square (used to be the old bathroom) BIG ENOUGH FOR SMALL CHILD OR BABY IN COT (as single bed don't fit in room)

combi boiler with central heating right through.

double glazing windows and doors (fitted last summer)

large kitchen diner 11ft by 13ft NEW kitchen just been fitted by leeds council

very large bathroom 7ft by 9ft also with shower.just been fitted by leeds council

also i have just had a full rewire.

livingroom 19ft by 13ft (big enough for living/dining)

with being a end house we have 3 gardens, front, back and side which is larger than the other 2 and which all are very secure.

we live very close to school's which there is a choice of 2 different ones (cathlic,protestant) both next to eachother.

local shop 2 mins walk, and local bus route is 5 mins, and that is access for into leeds town centre or to bradford,

also we are in the middle of 3 areasin leeds so you have the choice of other shoppin areas with many shops also all are within 10 mins walk,

the view is fantastic day and nite,

the area is very quiet and the neighbours are lovely.

the rent is 62 a week and council tax is 83 for 10months(or 69 for 12months) also i have gas and electric metres fitted which are Npower and the water is paid weekly at the local post office.

my reason for wanting a move is as i have recently married and myself and my new husband are hoping for a new start for our family.
